Evolution Gymnastics Aurora is dedicated to fostering confidence, strength, and discipline through expert coaching. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive environment where all ages can grow their skills and love for gymnastics. With regularly trained coaches and a welcoming community, we strive to inspire lifelong fitness and fun.
about our recreational classes
Discover our diverse recreational gymnastics programs, all designed with developmental success in mind.
Parent and Tot / Parent and preschool
1-3 yrs
45 minute or 1 hour classes where the parents are encouraged to participate with their little ones.
Child Classes
4-5 yrs
1 hour class where kids learn the basics of movement on the Just For Kids equipment and the floor spaces. They start to learn coordination and self discipline.
Gymkids classes
6-8 yrs
More advanced classes learning each of the 4 Olympic events. Athletes learn specific skills and to improve their strength and body control.
Youth classes
8-12 yrs
Older athletes spend 90 minutes working to develop higher level skills on each event. Athletes are encouraged to push their abilities and develop life long athletic aptitude.
teen classes
13+ yrs
Teen classes are 90 minutes tailored towards individual requirements. Teens are encouraged to work on their favourite skills and develop their gymnastics as far as they can.
advanced and Pre-competitive classes
Come and join EGA’s Advanced, Pre-Competitive or Competitive programs today. Membership is by assessment or invitation only. Call today to book your appointment and start your competitive journey with us. EGA can make your competitive dreams a reality.
EGA is the best. They have a great viewing area and the gym is always clean. The owners are helpful and considerate.
